Simple Bookkeeping

Services

Pay as you go, no contracts. Every price is a starting point — what you actually pay depends on how much there is and how it arrives.

Day-to-day bookkeeping

Receipts, invoices and bank feeds reconciled every month, so April is a formality rather than an archaeology project.

Your transactions recorded and your bank reconciled on a monthly cycle, in whichever system you already use. Send receipts as you go, or post them in and we will digitise them for you.

The point of doing it monthly is that nothing accumulates. You know where you stand through the year rather than finding out once, late, when it is too late to do anything about it.

Self Assessment

Your return prepared, checked and filed. You see the number, and how it was reached, before HMRC does.

Your Self Assessment return prepared from your records, checked, and filed on time.

Before anything is submitted you get the figure and the working behind it, so you can see which expenses were claimed and why. No surprises in January.

Payroll

Payslips, RTI submissions and pension duties handled — whether that is one apprentice or fifteen fitters.

Payslips produced on your schedule, Real Time Information submissions made to HMRC, and workplace pension duties kept up to date.

Scales from a single employee to a full crew without you having to think about it.

Going digital

Moved onto software properly, with your history brought across, so digital filing stops being a deadline you dread.

If you are still working from a carrier bag of receipts, this is the service that changes that.

We set you up in Sage, QuickBooks, FreeAgent or Xero — whichever suits how you actually work — bring your history across, and show you the three things you need to do rather than the ninety the software offers.
